Reawaken your inner demon in a modernized version of the acclaimed ATLUS classic Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster. What begins as a normal day in Tokyo turns out to be everything but when the Conception - an ethereal apocalypse - is invoked. The remains of the world are swallowed by chaos as a demonic revolution descends into a broken city. Caught between a battle of gods and demons, the choices you make can bring life, rebirth, or death, and determine who triumphs. This genre-defining, infamously punishing RPG is back and now includes remastered 3D models and backgrounds, additional difficulty settings, suspend save, Japanese and English voiced audio, and an alternate branch featuring Raidou Kuzunoha in the "Chronicle Edition."

good game for its time but its past
I love shin megami and persona games but this game defiantly feels like an old game......story is confusing, clunky, and might as well not have been there at all.....gameplay is fun except ver directionless and you pretty much need a guide to get you through the game let alone all the different endings and I do enjoy puzzles but puzzles in this game a just made to have you waste time with trial and error not with logic or clue solving.....plus if you don't like turn based Pokémon like battle systems you won't like the gameplay I do therefore this gets a 6

Better than I thought it would be
The gameplay is actually pretty fun. If you're Into turn based or pokemon style games, this one is a good one, you catch and level up demons. The story is okay, and the rest of it is outdated. Overall an enjoyably experience though.

4 for How many hours.
I played it for 4 hours, and just wasn't getting into it. It's not a bad game. Just not one for me. I didn't like the characters. Battles were fun.

Difficult yet fun
I became interested in the game after hearing all the hype for SMTV and being a huge Persona fan; however, I don't have a Switch and this was my next best option. I played the game on Hard difficulty and I will say the people were not joking when they said these games were difficult. I died sooo many times. Nonetheless, this difficulty challenges you to find new ways to take down an enemy and really make use of all your Demons and resources. I put in about 80 hours. There is a lot of gameplay and the combat is the best part of this game. The story is ehh. If you like turn-based JRPG games, I'd recommend this.
