Consumer Request Form

I request a correction of the personal information GameFly has collected about me. I understand and agree that this request is subject to appropriate verification and that this request may be refused if such verification fails in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

I understand and agree GameFly’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use govern my request to the extent they are not in conflict with the CCPA.

I understand that GameFly will endeavor to acknowledge receipt of my request no later than 10 business days of my request and comply no later than 45 business days of my request. I further understand that if circumstances warrant, it may take up to 90 days for GameFly to comply with my request.

  • Disclosure: To know whether your personal information has been sold, shared or disclosed, and to whom.
  • Access: To know what information we have collected about you.
  • Opt-out: Limit certain information from being shared about you.
  • Deletion: To delete information that we have collected about you.
  • Correction: To correct inaccurate information that we have about you.
