Terrible game
This is the same EXACT game as 2016 except the commentary has been updated. I'm so glad I didn't go out and waste my money on this game. EA should be ashamed of themselves trying to still charge customers $50-$60 for the PS3 version when its basically an afterthought to them. The game still has the same exact glitches like last year: Your pass rushers avoiding sacking the QB, AI QBs always managing to throw the ball right when they get hit & its NEVER a fumble, near almost impossible to sack the QB regardless if you blitz or not, etc. And once again player ratings & any kind of strategy mean nothing. Just like Madden 16, a rookie QB with a 60 rating will go out and rip off 12 straight completions with pinpoint accuracy.
I thought last years Madden was the worst I've ever played but EA proved me wrong as this version seems to be even worse.
I played this game for 2 days and mailed it back. Not worth my downtime to deal with such buffoonery that EA has the nerve to still sell

not a quality game
Terrible. No effort was put in to this version of the game. After playing the ps4 version, it's clear this was no more than an afterthought for extra cash. Very lazy programming results in constantly repeated commentary. And in franchise mode, rookies of the year are actually 2nd year players (oops they forgot to change the one thing besides rosters that gives away the fact that it's still the same game). Classic EA.
