Forza Horizon 2 continues the long Forza tradition of realistic, excellent video game racing, but adds some intriguing new features to keep things awesome. Horizon 2 features over 200 cars, ranging from state-of-the-art supercars like the 2014 Lotus Exige S, to off-road vehicles, classic muscle cars, and more. The game world is approximately three times larger than that of the original Forza Horizon and is set in southern Europe. That means virtual tours of some of the most beautiful places on earth. Among the new features in the game is the Bucket List, a group of constantly updated challenges for the player to complete. Car Meets is an online mode where players can meet up and compare their cars.

Really Enjoyed it!
I had no preconceptions coming into this game. I just let it be what it was. What it has turned out to be is fun. I really enjoy driving the older cars and the ability to customize and paint them, though I wish there was a DLC with more cars or options for painting your rides. Being a bit old and crochety, I turned the crapfest radio stations and chose to listen to the dulcet tones of the exhaust notes. Also, the announcer guy is a twit. If he calls me mate one more time.... Anyway, I play this with my son and we both like this despite its flaws.

More of the same
To be quite honest, I was very disappointed with Horizon 2. I've always loved the Forza series, both FM4 and Horizon are among my favorites. I was very excited with the release of the second Horizon as it gave the developers a chance to fix some of the issues with the first game. The problem is that none of those issues were really fixed.

The game still has good graphics and good driving physics, and still has the familiar Forza feel. But it might just be too familiar. A few cars from FM4's lineup have shown up for this release, as have a few cars too new to be included in past games. A new locale provides a scenery change and some nice visuals. But if you've read at all about new features in Horizon 2, you're playing on the wrong platform. This is a touch-up of Horizon.

Features like the highly-touted dynamic weather, tuning (sorely absent from Horizon), and seamless multiplayer are missing from the 360 version. They did fix the biggest issue with Horizon and that was not being able to roam freely - away from the roads - but that comes at a price, as sometimes you'll still have to drive around a fence for miles to get to where you want. The inclusion of perks gives this game a bit of variety, but that also comes at a price: upgrades are no longer able to be free. For players that like to upgrade their cars (a feature which is completely the same), this is a problem.

This really isn't a bad game, not as bad as a 4 might suggest. Were this a stand-alone title, it would've rated an 8 or 9. But following the successful 360 releases that preceded it, and seeing the brilliant One release, this game is sub-par at best. Better to stick to the original or FM4, unless you're just dying to drive the Huracan and LaFerrari.

good game just wish more cars were available
the driving in this game is amazing (even though it does get a little unpredictable in the hyper cars) along with the scenery just wish there were more cars available like forza 5 (especially the infinity pack) but overall good game

Forza is just played out
I've played every forza game thats come out and i have to say that i found this game incredibly boring.

It really adds nothing new to the franchise and is pretty much a carbon copy of horizon 1.

If you love the forza franchise and never got a chance to play horizon 1 then you'll probably like this, otherwise i'd look for a different arcade racing game.

The first one is better but
The first forza H. Was so much better. On this game it's just too short
I really like the new cars"I beat this game the week after I got it". There not that many tasks todo right after everything is finish. The first forza horizon was better then this game. Here are my pros and cons: the cons- the company didn't think ahead when the car runs on dirt the tires don't get
Dirty, where are the wipers?, most boundaries act like a wall from preventing the player from a insane jump and suddenly just fall, the lights on the car at night are halo "same thing in the first horizon", the weather was a lie it doesn't rain or storm just like the first game it's just night and day and that's it. Pros- really high graphics on the cars and that's probably the only pros. So that's 5 against 1. The first one is better "don't go for this game"!
