Captain Jack is back with a whole new world to explore! LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game packs the adventure of three movies into one gigantic game. Join Captain Jack Sparrow for a trio of Pirate sagas filled with 70 characters and styled after the first three installments of the hit film franchise. Swashbuckle through 20 levels in single-player or Co-Op Mode, or go back to dig up new items (treasure, anyone?) in Freeplay Mode. When the quirky Captain Jack meets the irreverence of LEGO, you know you're in for an entertaining adventure.

Long-awaited pleasure
When I first started playing the Lego series with Indiana Jones, I started wishing there was a Pirates version.

Here it is! All the characters you love from the movies (even the dog with the keys), Jack's unsteady stride, and a fairly faithful adaptation of the action in the movies.

And the special characters' talents make sense. Undead characters can do things other characters can't, Davy Jones' crew can enter areas off limits to others.

Why isn't this game a 10? It plays through much too fast. I only played it for a few days and went through all the levels.

I'm still playing Indiana Jones and Batman. This one rates about on a par with Lego Harry Potter. A very good, fun game but not as enjoyable for long-term play.

Great for kids!
My kids loved this game. It was fun and easy for them to play. My 7 year old said it was one of the best games he ever played. Even my 5 year old was able to play it, though her brother helped her with some of the "hard" parts. I recommend it for kids of all ages.

The game is really funny. It's like the first Lego game I actually like. Almost anyone would like it.
