Here's one race where nice guys can finish first! Disney's Cars Race-O-Rama features an all-new Cars storyline, new features, and just about everything but that new car smell. Join Lightning McQueen in Radiator Springs, where he's getting his friendly student racers ready for the Race-O-Rama competition. They're up against a team of students taught by Chick Hick that doesn't always play fair. Choose from 30 playable characters, including 15 new ones, and race in 8 environments. As you complete races, you can customize everything about your car so when you hit the finale, it's the ultimate racing machine. You'll also find new mini-games, a new drifting ability, competitive AI, and more.

Good game for the kids.
definetly a good game for my kids. they loved the animation and the little sayings that the cars had. was like another version of mario kart for the kids.

Pretty much just another Movie Game.
Video games based off films usually tend to be uh.. what should I say for this.. Not so great? yeah about that.<br /><br />The second addition to the Cars racing game did however improve on a few things; the controls are better and more fluent, you're not constantly bombarded with idiotic respawning AI with horrible dialog and the game is actually kinda fun.<br /><br />The environments are pretty clean and basic, (It's a Multiplatformer so we can't really expect much for graphics) and the frame rate is OK.<br /><br />The game features a lot more unlockables. From my experience the game is pretty fair and is never cheap. Overall the game is OK but really not the best in the world.<br /><br />A kid around the age of 5-9 will really appreciate this game, everyone else.. Not so much.

Not for anyone over 9
We are generally weekend, adult gamers that like racing games. We found this game to be boring and even annoying after a short time. We gave it two tries and the controls seemed to have us bouncing back and forth between guard rails. Our nephews weren't here to try it before we sent it back so we aren't sure if they would have played it longer. They do like to unlock customizable car options though. I still think other games we have would have won out after a short time.

Cars Race-o-rama
It's a WONDERFUL game for a 3 year old, but the controls are a little difficult even for an adult.... Use a racing wheel if you play this game.... Other than that, love it....

Very Disappointed
This game could have been alot of fun but for the fact that the Steering on all the cars but Lightening only works part of the time The Rest of the Time you can be steering Right And still go Left. Why cant They get the controls on a Game so they work right? Is it THAT hard to make a Game so That when you steer left it goes that way? Obviously It Is Way to Hard for the Programmers of this game Because The Steering Only Works Part of the Time. Forget about Renting this game because it is not worth a Rental. No Fun for a racing Game to have Steering that doesnt work right all the Time.
