been a while since I've played a Telltale Style game. Liked all the characters (staple face, Phuong& Danielle being my favorites) this game changes the formula with cosmetics and a "skateboard rating" system Anu-future Ninja was a must look for me. Over all enjoyed the game, removing skateboard rating & allowing dialog to be skipped would be an improvement??

If you love borderlands you wont like this.
It's not really a borderlands game as you know it. Not even close! It's just an interactive story and not even a good one. I gave it a chance but found myself just not interested enough to finish it. If you like the looters shooter aspect of borderlands pass on this one because it's not that at all.

Absolutely terrible.
This is one of the worst games I've ever played. Never have I finished a game that was so bad, while hoping it would get better the whole game. Its SLOW, BORING, the dialogue is CRINGY. The trophy system is vague at best. It's like they purposely slowed down the conversations and time between when you actually do anything to make sure the game was longer. You hardly have any control of these characters, even for this type of game. it's like watching a bad and boring 10 hour movie. I regretted finishing it and not sending it back immediately when I finished it.

Insanely cringey, but has a small charm to it
The story is badly written and the characters are VERY annoying except for one but he is a side character. If you love story games, you will be annoyed but if you're bored give it a try. There's no chemistry and the dialog feels off, like each character's words were written separately. This is definitely not a sequel to the "real" Tales from the Borderlands so please do not think they are related. Just go into this knowing it is very very cringey, even for someone who doesn't care about story.

A mind numbingly bad experience. So disappointing.
As a huge fan of the first "Tales from the Borderlands" i was excited to hear they were making another one. EGAD -- They didnt --Instead they made garbage. I dont know what this mess is. All of the charm & story telling skill of the first game is completely gone. Its like its a different company. Without explaining all of the 20 ways i was disappointed ill just say this -- Its a story game with terrible characters & an awful story. Its nonstop eyerolling cringe.... Most of all -- its not fun. This is a cynical skid mark of what "Tales from the Borderlands" was - There is absolutely no reason to give it a minute of your time. Play the first one. Forget this exists.

Hard NO
Should have never been made, the last "tall tales" game flopped. I never even started it as soon as I read "story driven" I turned it off and put it back in the envelope, they need to go back to original game play and stop with this mess.

Might Not Be What You're Looking For
Not really a Borderlands game, it's more of a story with QTEs to make sure you're awake. It's fine for what it is, but if you're looking for a looter-shooter, you should keep looking.
