Jak X: Combat Racing

This was a truly fun expierence. The characters were fun as you expect from the Jax world. There were some issues with the length of the story and the amount of tracks avialable. But besides that, the racing was fun and the weapons were fun but there always seems to be alot of mariokart type weapons in any racing battle type game. The online play was a good expierence, with the occaisionally slowdown. The number of vehicles were suffiencent but I wanted the dream car and never found it. Truly fun though. I need to see another game like this with more options of tracks and characters and vehicles and length. So the final verdict is good but could use more content and nauty dog could do it. So rather than rushing to finish,(pretty apparent) they should make the best racing game of the animated fantasy type world. So lets get it on, later folks.

Well if u've read the title u can probably tell that this isn't the usual jak and daxter platformer but a racing theme. When Jak and his friends are poisoned they have to race and win for the championship. IT'S SIMPLE WIN OR DIE. That's the kind of danger that makes the Jak series so fun to play, and if you're big Jak fans u definitely need to rent or buy this. Replay value is high plus u can race online or just spend a lot of time customizing your cars. Either way Jak X will keep u pinned to your seat and buckled in for hours (about 8-10, not as long as other jak games but still fun) til you pass out of the smell of gas in your room.

This game made me so angry you literally go maybe 10 seconds driving and then you blow up. Just when you get in first o guess what your blown up again this game is just one aggravation after another please dont get this awful game

This is the 4th Jak estravagenza, But this ones different from the others, its a racing game! So fokes get ready to get in a battle racer because you'll be fighting for your life because Crew the evil villain from the previous Jak games has in facted poisoned you. So if you don't race for him you will die. So its life or death in this game but Jak is use to it from putting his self at risk many times before. So there u go the best description ever from Zachary Sharpes!!!!!

Once you get the hang of the controls, which is in no time, it becomes very addicting. An amazing game worth at least renting

Perfect combination of shooter and racing and a great storyline

When I first played this game I was using a demo disk and after years of playing the demo I finally got to play the full version and was undeniably pleased. <br /> The game has good graphics and the controls are good enough so that they don't ruin the game-play. On top of that during races you get to listen to some really catchy music and during the cut-scenes the story is well written and sometimes hilarious comedy gets thrown in. There are a few things that stop it from getting a 10. The challenge in a race can be really unforgiving and some vehicles are really tough to master which makes it seriously frustrating when you use a tricky new car on a tricky new track and lose that race which is made further annoying when it takes a long time to master a track or vehicle. Mastering them will be difficult in some cases but it will be worth it. On that note I'm going to recommend buying or at least renting it so if you decide to play this game have fun! ;)

this game is cool but a bit shorter than the other jak games.
