good game but very repetative
game is actually pretty good liking the whole Wild West/vampire approach Guns are good but the game mainly focuses on a beat 'em up type system you can mix guns and attacks that's not a problem
to me where the problem with the game is that it is very repetitive same enemy's over again and same attacks unless you mix up combos it's all the same
plus very disappointed in the company that made the game I bought the ps4 copy and on the front of case it says I can upgrade to the digital ps5 copy for free! but I cannot it will not work somewhere there is a problem until the game is updated and problem said fixed I might have giving this game a higher score

Not bad but also not good.
This game reminds me of late ps3 early ps4 titles like devil may cry. It's a throwback to a much less complex game in strategy and story. It's fun at times but mostly I found it repetitive and underwhelming compared to most games released today. Gamefly is definitely the place for a game like this but I feel for the people who paid full new releases retail price for it. If your que is empty definitely give it a try but I'd say play it with low expectations. Think of it as the highest quality ps3 game you've ever seen.

So you expected, what, GOTY material here?
Okay. So it's not GOTY material, and it's not the most inventive, innovative, ambitious game. But it's good, simple, beat 'em and shoot 'em up fun. The story is fair and the combat is decent. By no means is EW a thought-provoking, unique type of game. If that's what you're looking for, you'd best head on to more complex titles like Horizon Zero Dawn. Like uber-challenging games? Best stick to Horizon Forbidden West, Elden Ring, and the like. But if you're not the world's greatest gamer, or you just want something simple and entertaining that lets out a little stress and frustration, definitely give this one a try.

Worth the play
I was surprised by this game, I like that you don't have to pick up items they just attract to you. I like that you don't have to conserve ammo, it refills on its own. They story wasn't the best. skipped through most of it. Definitely a lot of dodging. It was a fun game, good length, good graphics, fun shoot em up beat em up game.
