Frickin` fun game.
BUT IT'S HARDDDD.<br>But it's fun :-)<br>That's really the only problem I have with this game. It's a frickin` lot of fun, you can play it for hours before you get mad xD<br>Lots of different weapons and ships, so there's really no complaining here.

OLD SCHOOL AND STILL FUN
This was a cool game. If, you are an old school gamer? You will like the new school graphics to the game. Had a great time playing and made it to the end in a couple of days. WOW getting old 44yrs

Good old shooter
Wow nice makeover.. But then again R-type has always been flashy.. I just started but this game is awesome I like the fact that you can pick your space ship and its just like the old R-types. I can wait to get a little farther in the game. If you like shooter-ship game pick this one up its Really the Type u want to get into.

This game rocks!!!!
One of my most favorite games as a kid. The only real problem that I had with this game was that it was way to short, and some of the ships take a rediculous amount of time to unlock. Other than that a truly awesome game.
