A coalition of Western forces has accomplished its mission: ending the rule of dictator Al-Afad. But the victory is bittersweet. The country of Zekistan - cut by the Tien-Hamer (or "Ten Hammers") mountain range - is now in turmoil, with various forces waging a battle for power. One force, the coalition, is poised to restore order. Lead your four-man light infantry team, consisting of a team leader, rifleman, automatic rifleman, and grenadier, into Khardiman to secure the major city. Use squad-based tactics to seek strong positions, gather recon, and find cover. When things heat up, bring out mechanized units or call in airstrikes. Complete seven multiplayer missions on or offline.

A Dull Frustrating Game
This game is hard even on easy. I got mad so many times playing this game. This is supposed to be a authentic game, but it is just a game. The graphics compared to other games are low quality. The cursor you use to move the teams around are slow, which isn't good when you have an enemy shooting at you and you need to move fast. Also sometimes when your trying to move the cursor and there's something you have to move it around the cursor will stick to it and it takes a while to get it off. Something that really irritated me was the grenades, if you try to throw one out of a window most of the time they hit the window sill and blow your team up. One of the only fun things in the game is getting to control the Bradley fighting vehicle. Other than that you just pretty much do the same things over and over again. I recommend the first game over this one.

Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers
This Game Is very good If you like real world military tactics. Though you don't directly control a character; each has a special ability that the player must aim with a special sight. for example the grenadier can launch an M203 grenade, the player must put the cross hair on the target and the soldier does the rest. also, lots more good features than the last game. I enjoyed this game very much. I own it. If you are more "tactical" than "run-and-gun" you will like this game.

Goods and Bads
First of all this game is not a first-person shooter, its sort of a tactical-strategy game, like a military simulator.

Goods:
Compared to the original Full Spectrum Warrior, the game has improved a lot.
1.You have better control over the squad/s (w/c includes, buddy teams, scout, percision fire, etc).
2.You are given the advantage to use elevated grounds (buildings,rooftops,balco- ny,etc) and armored units to use against your enemies.
3.The game's environment and storyline has become more diverse.

Bads:
1.The cursor used to move the teams is still slow.
2.No improvement on graphics.

NOT SO COMMANDO
WELL THERE WAS A REAL HARD LEARNNING CURVE TO START OFF WITH AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE WELL YOUR MEN STAND STILL WHILE BEING SHOT YOUR CAMERA Q LIKE IN THE PAST FEW GAMES I HAVE PLAYED WAS ALWAYS POORLY PLACED AND YOUR SEE AHEAD VEIW WAS POOR AT BEST. THE GRAPHICS ON THE OTHER HAND AND THE FLUID IN WHICH THEY MOVED WAS A PERFECT TEN. A SHOOTER GAME SHOULD BE JUST THAT NOT ZELDA ON STEROIDS. BUT HEY EVEN ZELDA GOT TO FIGHT....

This game sucks
One Star!

Who wrote this game, America's enemies? The controls are really poor. I never got past the first corner the guys just stand there and get shot dead. Yay! You're dead, now you get to go home in a box!

I've played other games with a squad of men and had no trouble directing the fire teams, but the controls in this game just suck. In the other games the rest of your squad doesn't have to be told to shoot back when the bullets are coming your way. ROE when fired upon, fire back. Don't just stand there and die.

I noticed the only great reviews of this game came from dedicated fans who have played the other earlier versions in the franchise, so if you have played the games before and are used to the controls great, but if you're new to this game get ready to be disappointed, I was. The only thing I'm glad about is that I rented it, I didn't buy it, and now I can send it back.

Unpolished
I loved the predecessor to this game, which I played on the Xbox. I played this one on the PS2 and I was very disappointed. There was hardly a moment during the game where the framerate was low. The controls were unresponsive and the cut-scene tutorial videos were of low quality.

I am still willing to try the Xbox version, but unfortunately it is not backwards compatible with the 360.

FULL SPECTRUM WARRIOR
Wow... Just wow I mean games like that make me happy to have a PS2 yeah! I don't care what people say a bout this game it was worth it. I like that you control squads but the only down side is that the reaction time is off a bit but I really like it other than that moving your squad up a street Oh and I liked that you could see your cover before you move to it definitely a game that you should buy.
